ABOUT THE EVIDENCE
What this edition
can and cannot establish
A transparent basis for community and City use.
What we reviewed. The analysis combines 22 submitted Conversation Guides with written answers, the transcribed discussion, and 20 facilitator recollection records. These document one session, not three separate groups.
How topics were counted. Written answers were grouped by topic, such as fans, trees, or changes to daily routines. Each handout counts once per topic. Blank answers do not mean disagreement. Neither the 22 handouts nor the stipend list represents total attendance.
Transcription. Complete handwritten originals are available. Facilitators listened to the recorded speech, checked the transcriptions, and reconstructed difficult-to-read handwriting to reflect participants' contributions accurately.
Presentation. Accounts are paraphrased, not direct quotations. We distinguish proposals from experience, preserve differences, and omit precise map pins and unverified service or legal claims.
